How I realized the importance of water?

Just when I was meandering in and out of my house, my mom called out to me and told me there was something wrong with the water pumping motor. I reached out to her as soon as I heard her voice. The thought of an empty tank was constantly bugging her. She added that without water it would not be possible for her and us to do the daily chores. I ran towards my room, which took me a while, to call my electrician. The person who I can rely on with my eyes shut. At times, he is lackadaisical and doesn't respond well. As usual, he told me that he was busy and would not be able to come. I told him that it was urgent and there's nothing we could do without his help. That's when I realized how important an electrician is. I sound like a square peg in a round hole in such situations. Jokes apart, I insisted him to visit us the following day and the call ended on an assuring note from his side. Meanwhile, we had the whole day ahead of us and thoughts of water running dry. I will expl

Ever wondered where hell and heaven could be? Here's something that would enlighten you

It's completely fine to not believe something that you haven't experienced on your own or seen with your own eyes until there is a fair amount of evidence to prove so.

In simple words, bliss means utter contentment or extreme happiness and perdition means eternal damnation; a state of extreme unhappiness marked by continuous suffering. Bliss and Perdition can also be referred to as Heaven and Hell. It is commonly said that our noble deeds will help us to secure a place in heaven and bad deeds will make us repent in hell. Even a mere thought of the latter haunts us and doesn't let us sleep at night. Whenever somebody commits a mistake or a sin, he/she is tormented by the very saying: You will go to hell and you will repent this later on.

There’s nothing to be petrified of if you told a few lies this morning or you annoyed someone as it would not form the basis for your going to heaven or hell, so please loosen up. I request you to be all eyes while going through the excerpt and not to form opinions until you have read the passage properly. Let's get back on track now. The question that pops up now is whether somebody has been to or seen Hell or Heaven. To my very knowledge, I have never come across anyone who’s been to or seen the very places called Heaven and Hell. Well, I could have a better understanding of where these could be. Let us for a moment believe that there are no such places. Let’s take two scenarios: one where a person is wealthy enough to buy himself everything he desires and able to have three meals a day. He has a house, a car and lives a sedentary lifestyle and one where a person is so penurious that he is not able to feed his family and himself even once a day and so unprivileged that he does not have the means to become a literate or to get educated to make both ends meet. He is so caught up in his vicious circle of fate that every time he does something to get himself out of his pathetic situation he ends up opening a pandora’s box. It can be said that the first person is in Bliss or in a state of supreme happiness whereas the second person, owing to his doomed fate, can be said to be in perdition.

Let me take more such examples to make you comprehend this in a better way. There’s this good friend of mine(I won’t take his name) who got married a couple of months ago. One day he went to a gynecologist with his wife and she told him,” You would soon be a father as your wife has a bun in her oven.” He was chuffed to bits on hearing the pleasant news and it felt like there was no end to his happiness. But soon things started going the other way. He came to know that his wife had a miscarriage. As he was trying to recover from the never-ending trauma of his child’s death he was hit by another horrendous news of her wife’s death. He didn’t have the heart to bear such a big loss. After losing two loved ones on the trot in merely a year, his life went down in flames. Although it seemed really pleasant in the beginning yet it turned out really horrific for him in the end. It left him in the never-ending state of unhappiness, that is, perdition. For a moment it felt like everything was written well before their marriage. Having said that, it can be inferred from the above said that Bliss and Perdition don’t exist in a different dimension or a different universe or a different world but in ours.
